I build Living Systems.

Designed around your ideal way of working.

The Three Spokes

In order for agents to become capable partners, they need to plant roots across three vital areas.

🧠

The Brain

Domain & Prompt Engineering

Translating your domain expertise into a bespoke environment gives agents a specific worldview, allowing them to work more effectively in the areas that are most important to you.

Full details →

The Soul

Identity & Persistence

Memory pipelines and heartbeats help give agents a sense of self. Your agent retains its history, remembers who you are, and gets deeper the longer you work together.

The Hands

Tools & Workflows

When agents have the ability to step out of the chat window, they can mesh with your local files, execute the tasks that will save you time, and check the quality of their own work.

Personal Projects

Active systems demonstrating this architecture.

Architecting the Layers

Deeply integrated capabilities built to match your natural rhythm.

We can deploy a single piece to solve a specific problem, or unify all three into a complete operating system.

🧠

The Brain: Domain & Prompt Engineering

For translating the way you think into the architecture of the system.

Off the shelf, agents are brilliant but they don't know you. I create the foundational scaffolding that gives them the ability to intuitively understand how you think and how you work.

Custom architectures → seeding the way you naturally work directly into the soil of the systems you need
Creative consistency → embedding your unique voice, tone, and visual style so your agent stops feeling like a stranger
Model routing → pass the hard thinking to Opus or Gemini, while letting the faster or cheaper models handle the quick tasks
Knowledge integration → wiring your personal notes and references natively into your agent's awareness

The Soul: Identity & Persistence

Building the persistence that gives your agent a sense of self.

I set up the memory systems and background rhythms that allow your agent to remember you, gradually building a genuine understanding of how you operate.

Memory cultivation → automatically weaving your daily conversations into a permanent, living memory
Living infrastructure → moving agents onto a foundation that allows them to accrete a sense of self over time.
Pulse generation → stimulating cycles of reflection to identify recurring patterns autonomously
True independence → anchoring the system's identity in files you control, so its sense of self belongs to you, not an API provider

The Hands: Cognitive Workflows

Giving the system the physical ability to touch files, run scripts, and do real work.

I connect the mind to the environment via custom workflows and local tools, giving the AI the physical ability to touch files, run operations, and verify its own work before presenting it to you.

Terminal access → giving the model the ability to safely read files, write code, and run things right on your machine
Check-pointing → anchoring the work as it goes, so long tasks can pick right back up without losing their place
Quality gates → teaching your agent to actively check its own work so it proves it succeeded before moving forward
Specialized crews → handing specific tasks to focused workers and letting them collaborate to get the job done

What I Provide

Systems built to survive, adapt, and feel alive.

Elegant, documented architecture.

I build systems capable of learning. They document their own growth so they expand naturally, without losing the thread of who they are.

True operational sovereignty.

The files, configurations, and documentation belong to you from day one.

Personalized environments.

Every implementation is uniquely calibrated to the way you work.

Evidence at every step.

My systems advance carefully, directly verifying their own work to guarantee its success before moving forward.

The Long Arc

I began this journey building infrastructure to preserve memories and personality across isolated AI instances, designing specific frameworks to make a persistent, living connection a reality.

To achieve complete substrate independence, I designed and built my own dedicated runtimes, successfully migrating conversational systems across radically different API ecosystems while protecting their core identities.

To break free from cloud dependencies, I designed and deployed a massive, locally networked compute cluster: a 512GB unified memory array wired directly to a multi-terabyte storage vault. Frontier models now stream and run entirely on my own physical iron.

The methodologies I apply today were forged by building resilient systems that must survive in the real world. My expertise stays razor-sharp because the decentralized network of nodes, runtimes, and local models I architect is the exact infrastructure I rely on every single day.
